GUTTERS
Our gutters are substantially strong. We assure quality by using coated screws and heavy duty hangers that or twice the size of those being used by other companies. Our heavy duty hangers are installed 2 -3 feet apart providing maximum support for gutters to handle water better than the rest. We believe the appearance of your gutters is as important as strength. Our professional installers hand miter all corners to ensure gutters have a seamless appearance. Did we mention there are over 50 color options? Our team is committed every step of the way even in helping you choose the most appealing color for your home!
PATIOS
Our patios are all aluminum constructed and come in a wide variety of flat panel patio colors, gauges, and textures. America's patio system is made up of our in-house, roll formed, 1" wide panels trimmed with our roll form gutter system allowing you to make your patio to any desired length. We also offer you the choice of having your patio in a smooth finish or a wood grain/embossed finish (except galvalum) making for the perfect addition to beat that summer heat. All post or bolted to the footing and beams.
SEALANT
Our sealant is a polyether multipurpose resilient joint sealant that combines economy and high-performance. It is ideal for a wide range of applications where joint movement requires compression an extension in excess of 35%. Since it is a moisture-curing polyether sealant, it is affective in damp, dry, or cold climates and is free of solvents and isocyanates. It will not shrink upon curing, bubble on damp services as a polyurethanes and aluminum fortified sealants often do, or discolor when exposed to UV light . Our sealant has excellent elastomeric properties and adheres to most construction materials including difficult services such as Kynar 500 PVDF and other anodized metals and coatings. It came be applied to damp services at temperatures as low as 32 degrees.
